COSMOTHENE® L 712 is a premium low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resin developed by The Polyolefin Company (Singapore) Pte Ltd for demanding industrial and packaging applications. This additive-free LDPE offers excellent bonding strength with substrates such as polyester film, BOPP film, paper, aluminum foil, and PE woven cloth, making it ideal for extrusion coating processes. With superior heat seal performance, high flexibility, and excellent processability, COSMOTHENE® L 712 enables the production of thinner, more efficient coatings without sacrificing durability or integrity. It complies with U.S. FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (C) 2.1, ensuring suitability for direct food contact applications when used under good manufacturing practices.

Processing Conditions
