How to Order
Step by step instructions on how to make an order on the Tokoplas platform.
Step 1: Register New Account
Click Register here on the Tokoplas Homepage.
You can create a new account in two ways:
- Registering as a Company
- Registering as an Individual
Step 2: Sign in on Tokoplas
Once we approved your account, you will be able to sign in by inserting your email and password on the My Account page, then click sign in.
Step 3: Search for Products
Search for products by categories by clicking on the Categories navigation or search by brand or product name in the Search Bar
Step 4: View Product Information
Click the product name, and view the pop-up summary that appears, click View Product Detail for detailed product specification.
Step 5: Add to Truck
Enter the desired quantity, the system will adjust the price according to the amount. Click Add to Truck.
Step 6: View My Truck
Hover the cursor over the My Truck icon at the top right of the screen. Click on See My Truck to review the contents of your truck before checking out.
Step 7: Add Shipping Address
- Click on the My Truck page. Make sure to have items in your truck.
- Click on Use a New Address. A small pop up window should appear.
- Fill in the information and click Save Address.
Step 8: Arrange Shipping Schedule
Single Shipment
- On the My Shipment page, click on the calendar icon and select your preferred date.
- Double check your order details and click Confirm to verify your shipping schedule.
- Click Choose Payment to proceed.
Multiple Shipment
- On the My Shipment page, click on the + Add Shipping Date. A new delivery details box will appear
- Click on the calendar icon and select your preferred dates for both deliveries. All partial deliveries will be delivered to your default shipping address.
- Insert the quantity for each delivery order.
- Double check your delivery order details and click Confirm to verify your shipping schedule.
- Click Choose Payment to proceed to payment page.
Step 9: Choose Payment Method
- Check the purchase summary, then click Payment Method.
- Choose the desired payment method and continue based on the chosen method.
- After the payment method is chosen, the order number will show up.
