How Does it Work?
Delivery works to give you the best rate and service money can buy. Let our tech do all the work to manage your deliveries, enhance your operations, and drive growth to all corners of your business.
1. Supplier sends merchandise to Tokoplas fulfilment centres. Tokoplas will receive cargo and prepare for sale to customers.
2. Customer places an order from the Tokoplas app, mobile, or website.
3. After customer confirms payment via bank transfer, bank loan, P2P lending or credit card, Tokoplas automatically sends the order confirmation to the Supplier.
4. Tokoplas starts to prepare customer’s order for cargo pick-up on the scheduled delivery date.
5. Tokoplas driver uses Driver App to pick up cargo and delivers directly to the customer.

All orders starting from as low as 5.000 kg. You will be entitled to Free Delivery. Give it a try now and see how easy it is! Terms and conditions apply.
Are you Flexible?
Tokoplas allows you to schedule up to four deliveries so long as they fall within ten working days from the day you placed your order. You can now lock in the price, reserve the stock and save on your warehouse space!
What about Now?
You can have your orders delivered as early as D+1 of the date of your order. For special delivery arrangements, please do note hesitate to contact your dedicated Relationship Manager or simply Contact Us.
To Track or Not to Track?
Our technology allows for you track your orders wherever you are. By simply logging in, you will have access to view your orders, see your favorite products, shipment status, and payment information.
