InnoPlus HD1010J is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin engineered for injection molding applications requiring high flowability, dimensional stability, and superior mechanical performance. Part of the premium InnoPlus series, this grade features a narrow molecular weight distribution for consistent processing and excellent surface finish. It delivers optimal strength, toughness, and exceptional resistance to environmental stress cracking (ESCR), making it ideal for durable consumer, automotive, and food-contact products. With minimal odor and taste, HD1010J meets stringent requirements for beverage spout caps and other food-adjacent applications. Rigorously tested for tensile strength, elongation, and hardness, this resin ensures reliable part performance across demanding environments.
