InnoPlus HD1100J is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin developed by PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited for injection molding applications. Featuring a narrow molecular weight distribution and high flowability, this resin enables fast cycle times and consistent part production. With a density of 0.952 g/cm³ and a melting point of 128°C, InnoPlus HD1100J delivers superior tensile strength, impact resistance, and chemical stability. Its off-white natural color, low flammability, and compliance with food contact regulations make it ideal for durable automotive, household, and industrial components. Designed for efficiency and sustainability, this HDPE grade is also recyclable and easy to process.
