PP FR-170 is a high-flow polypropylene homopolymer engineered by Lotte Chemical Indonesia specifically for continuous filament and nonwoven applications. This advanced resin delivers an optimal balance of strength, flexibility, and thermal stability, making it ideal for manufacturing filter media, staple fibers, and sanitary products such as medical wipes, diaper cores, and feminine hygiene materials. Enhanced with built-in anti-gasfading stabilization, PP FR-170 maintains consistent color and mechanical integrity even under prolonged exposure to heat and UV light. Its excellent processability ensures fewer breaks, reduced downtime, and higher yields in high-throughput extrusion and spinning operations.

Processing Conditions
- Extrusion temperature: 220–260°C
- Spinning temperature: 230–250°C
- Drying: Not required (store dry); optional drying at 60–80°C for 2–4 hours if exposed to moisture
- Cooling rate: Moderate to fast for optimal crystallinity in fibers
- Screw design: General-purpose or mixing type recommended for homogeneity
