PP PH404 SS is a high-performance polypropylene homopolymer designed for precision extrusion applications. With a medium melt flow rate of 3.4 g/10min and density of 0.90 g/cm³, it delivers an optimal balance of strength, flexibility, and lightweight performance. Enhanced with antioxidant additives, it resists thermal degradation during processing and end-use. Ideal for monofilaments, ropes, raffia, tapes, and strapping materials requiring high tensile strength (21 MPa) and elongation (200%). Compatible with standard extrusion equipment and tested to ISO standards for reliability in industrial environments.
