Lotte Chemical Titanpro® PP Homopolymer PM201 is a premium-grade polypropylene homopolymer engineered for high-speed processing in multifilament fiber production and injection molding. With a melt flow rate of 20 g/10 min at 230°C, this resin enables efficient extrusion of fine denier fibers and complex, thin-walled components with excellent surface finish and dimensional stability. It exhibits strong mechanical performance, including high tensile strength, impact resistance (3.3 kg·cm/cm Izod), and Rockwell hardness of 97 R scale. The material has low odor and excellent thermal stability, making it suitable for automotive, packaging, and consumer goods applications. Compatible with standard processing equipment, Titanpro® PM201 offers reliable performance and ease of integration into existing manufacturing lines.
