TITANVENE™ HD 5401 GA is a high-performance high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin engineered specifically for blow moulding applications. It delivers superior environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), excellent impact strength, and consistent processability across a wide range of container sizes—from small bottles to large water tanks up to 2500 litres. With low odour and minimal fuming during processing, it ensures a cleaner production environment. This grade meets food contact regulations and carries Halal certification, making it ideal for sensitive applications in food, pharmaceuticals, and personal care. Its balanced mechanical properties and reliable flow characteristics support efficient manufacturing with reduced downtime and energy consumption.
