CALTECH 201 Y is a premium-grade Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃) masterbatch developed by PT. Chemtech Perkasa Raya to improve the mechanical properties and reduce material costs in polyolefin-based manufacturing. With a high loading of 80–85% calcium carbonate and an average particle size of 3.5 microns, this masterbatch ensures excellent dispersion and enhanced performance in LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, and PP resins. Its low moisture content (≤0.2%) and consistent density (1.90 ± 0.02 g/cm³) make it ideal for stable, high-quality production across various industrial applications including packaging films, injection-molded components, and synthetic yarns.
