CALTECH NW is a premium calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) masterbatch specifically developed as a polyolefin improver for polypropylene (PP) non-woven applications. Formulated with high-purity calcium carbonate and a polypropylene carrier resin, it offers excellent dispersion, outstanding processability, and cost efficiency while maintaining the mechanical performance of the finished product.

Recommended Processing

CALTECH NW is compatible with polypropylene (PP) resins and is recommended at a dosage of 5–30%, depending on the desired balance between cost reduction and product performance. The recommended processing temperature ranges from 180°C to 280°C.
