A High Speed Polyethylene (PE) ABA Three Layer Automatic Winder Film Blowing Machine is a type of industrial equipment used to produce multi-layer polyethylene film with high speed and efficiency. The machine is designed to produce a three-layer film with an A-B-A configuration, where the outer layers (A) are made of pure polyethylene, and the inner layer (B) is made of a blend of polyethylene and other materials. The machine operates by melting and extruding polyethylene pellets through three extruders, each of which is equipped with a separate die. The molten polymer is then blown into a bubble using compressed air. As the bubble expands, it is cooled by air and water to solidify the polymer into a thin, flat film. The three layers are then combined and drawn through a set of rollers to achieve the desired thickness and width, and is wound onto a roll for later use
