The Mini Type Polyethylene (PE) Mono Layer Film Blowing Machine (KT-55/800) is a compact, high-efficiency machine designed for small-scale manufacturing, R&D labs, and pilot production. It extrudes and blows polyethylene pellets into a continuous mono-layer film using a single-screw extruder and annular die. The molten polymer is expanded into a bubble with compressed air, cooled by ambient or water-cooled systems, then drawn through nip rollers and wound onto a take-up roll. Ideal for producing thin, uniform PE films for packaging, agriculture, and prototyping applications.
