Lihat Profil SellerHigh-performance carbon black masterbatch for superior dispersion, UV resistance, and mechanical enhancement in polyolefin applications
PLASBLAK® PE2772 is a high-performance carbon black masterbatch engineered for exceptional dispersion, color uniformity, and enhanced material properties in polyolefin-based applications. Designed to eliminate common issues associated with raw carbon black—such as contamination, poor mixing, and inconsistent results—it offers seamless integration into extrusion, film blowing, and injection molding processes. With excellent compatibility across LDPE, HDPE, and PP resins, this masterbatch improves tensile strength, impact resistance, and long-term UV stability. Its low moisture absorption (0.3% after 6 months) and consistent physical properties ensure reliable performance even under demanding storage and processing conditions. Ideal for building films, agricultural covers, packaging, and general-purpose molded components requiring durability, aesthetics, and weatherability.
