LVS430 is a high-performance ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured by Lotte Chemical. This thermoplastic polymer combines the toughness of polyethylene with the adhesive and flexible properties of vinyl acetate, offering superior processability and mechanical strength. With an 18% vinyl acetate content, LVS430 delivers enhanced flexibility, excellent interlayer adhesion, and consistent foaming characteristics—making it ideal for foam-based and structural applications across automotive, construction, packaging, and consumer goods industries. Its balanced density, melt flow index, and thermal stability ensure reliable performance in extrusion, injection molding, and lamination processes.
