PMMA ACRYREX® CM-205 is a high-performance polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) grade engineered for applications requiring exceptional clarity, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. With high viscosity and excellent processability, this acrylic polymer delivers outstanding dimensional accuracy and structural integrity in precision molding operations. It exhibits superior tensile strength (70 MPa), flexural strength (103 MPa), and a Vicat softening temperature of 115°C, making it ideal for demanding industrial, automotive, optical, and lighting applications. Its low mold shrinkage (0.2–0.6%) ensures consistent part quality, while its UV resistance and optical clarity make it well-suited for outdoor and aesthetic-sensitive uses.
