PS Diarex THF77 is a general-purpose polystyrene (GPPS) resin engineered for high-performance injection molding. It offers an optimal balance of excellent melt flow and structural integrity, enabling the production of complex, detailed parts with high dimensional stability and surface finish. With a melt flow rate of 8.4 g/10 min (200°C, 5 kg), it ensures smooth processing at moderate temperatures (190–240°C), reducing energy consumption and thermal degradation risk. Its density of 1.05 g/cm³ yields lightweight yet rigid products, while a Vicat softening point of 101°C provides reliable performance under typical use conditions. THF77 is widely used in home appliances, food containers, cutlery, and stationery, and also serves as an excellent base for blending with HIPS to tailor impact resistance. Every batch is tested to ASTM standards for consistent mechanical properties and quality assurance.
