Prolix P89 is a high-performance colloidal silica concentrate designed for use as a mold release agent and surface modifier in precision casting and foundry operations. Formulated with stable silica particles suspended in aqueous medium, it provides excellent thermal stability, non-stick properties, and smooth surface finishes on sand molds and cores. Ideal for applications requiring repeatable mold release without residue buildup or chemical contamination.

Processing Conditions
