Prolix P 710 is a premium-grade, non-paintable mould release agent formulated with pure silicone for maximum release efficiency. Ideal for automotive, construction, and manufacturing industries, it ensures residue-free demoulding of complex parts made from polyurethane, acrylic, polystyrene, polyester, and more. Its low surface tension delivers clean, high-gloss finishes while preventing sticking, orange peel, and blistering — even on thin or vertical surfaces. One application provides multiple releases, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. Compatible with metal moulds (aluminium, steel) and suitable for cast, compression, and injection moulding processes.
