Red Insulating Varnish Spray is a solvent-based insulating coating designed to provide superior electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and thermal stability for windings in electric motors, transformers, and other electrical equipment. Formulated with high-quality resins and pigments, this spray delivers a uniform, durable red finish that enhances visual identification while ensuring long-term protection against environmental stressors.

Processing Conditions

Shake well before use
Apply in well-ventilated area or spray booth
Optimal spray distance: 15-20 cm from surface
Allow 15-20 minutes flash-off between coats
Cure at 120-150°C for 30-60 minutes for full performance
Avoid application below 10°C or above 40°C ambient temperature
