Novacote NC-7105 + CA-7962 is a high-performance, solvent-based two-component polyurethane (PU) extrusion primer engineered for superior bonding to both printed and unprinted PET films. This advanced system combines NC-7105 resin with CA-7962 hardener to deliver excellent adhesion between film substrates and subsequent coatings or laminates. Ideal for demanding industrial applications, it ensures durable performance in packaging, automotive components, medical devices, and cosmetic packaging. With adjustable solids content, fast curing kinetics, and compliance with FDA and EU regulations, this primer supports efficient production processes while meeting stringent safety and quality standards.

Processing Conditions
