NovoCote NC-7105 + CA-7964 is a solvent-based, two-component polyurethane laminating adhesive system designed for dry bond lamination of diverse film structures. Combining NovoCote NC-7105 (-OH component) with CA-7964 (-NCO component), this high-performance adhesive delivers exceptional bond strength, heat resistance, and chemical stability. Ideal for demanding applications such as retort pouches, it withstands sterilization temperatures up to 135°C. With a dynamic pot life of 24 hours and full cure achieved in 5–10 days (accelerated by higher temperatures), it ensures reliable performance in continuous industrial processes.
