Novacote NC 7100 + CA-27 is a premium solvent-based, two-component polyester urethane adhesive system engineered for high-speed laminating applications. It delivers immediate bond strength off the machine and achieves maximum heat, chemical, and product resistance within 5–10 days of curing. The system consists of NC 7100 as the primary adhesive resin and CA-27 as the co-reactant, which enhances cross-linking and performance. Ideal for demanding packaging applications, this adhesive offers excellent flexibility, durability, and adhesion to a wide range of substrates including PE, PET, O-PP, and metallized films. With a 24-hour dynamic pot life and compatibility with gravure or roll coating methods, Novacote NC 7100 + CA-27 ensures consistent, high-quality lamination in food, medical, cosmetic, and industrial packaging.

Processing Conditions
- Mix NC 7100 with ethyl acetate before adding CA-27 co-reactant
