Novacote CA-12 is a high-performance polyurethane adhesive designed for use in flexible packaging lamination. It is part of the Novacote NC 272 A + CA 12 system, delivering excellent initial adhesion and strong final bond strength after curing. Ideal for both printed and unprinted substrates such as PET, BOPP, CPA, OPA, PE, and aluminum foil, this adhesive ensures durable laminates with superior resistance to pasteurization, boiling, and sterilization processes. With a clear appearance and slight haziness, it maintains the visual quality of packaging while offering robust performance under extreme conditions. Its compatibility with various inks, additives, and film structures makes it a versatile solution for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial packaging applications.

Processing Conditions
- Apply using gravure or flexographic coating methods
- Ensure proper mixing ratio (100:25) before application
- Typical drying tunnel temperatures: 60–90°C
- Laminate immediately after coating for best results
- Allow sufficient curing time (typically 24–72 hours at room temperature)
