Recommended Printing Parameters & Guidelines

• Printing Speed: Bag to Bag (30 - 40 bags/min), Roll to Bag (60 - 70 bags/min), Roll to Roll (60 - 70 bags/min) — speed depends on bag size[cite: 15].
• Distance: Printing and slitting distance should be at least 15 - 20 meters for roll printing[cite: 15].
• Anti-Blocking: Install a 200–300 Watt halogen lamp (size 3–4 inch) to prevent blocking and for adhesion testing[cite: 15].
• Stereo: Best results are achieved when printed using nylon stereo[cite: 15].
