Supplied in an 18 kg pail packaging, this ink delivers vibrant color strength, fast setting times, and instant adhesion, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty industrial and commercial packaging applications such as cement and food bags.

Recommended Printing Parameters & Guidelines

• Printing Speed: Bag to Bag (30 - 40 bags/min), Roll to Bag (60 - 70 bags/min), Roll to Roll (60 - 70 bags/min) — speed depends on bag size.
• Distance: Printing and slitting distance should be at least 15 - 20 meters for roll printing.
• Anti-Blocking: Install a 200–300 Watt halogen lamp (size 3–4 inch) to prevent blocking and for adhesion testing.
• Stereo: Best results are achieved when printed using nylon stereo.

Note: It is recommended to use RDC 4000 reducer to ensure no damage occurs to rubber rollers or stereos. This ink is not recommended for applications requiring resistance to water, deep freeze, or vegetable oil.
