Wankai PET WK-811 is a specially engineered TPA-based polyethylene terephthalate (PET) homopolymer designed for high-temperature applications such as hot-filled beverages. Unlike standard PET resins, WK-811 offers exceptional thermal resistance while maintaining optical clarity and structural integrity. With an intrinsic viscosity of 0.80 dl/g, low acetaldehyde content (≤1 ppm), and a high melting point of 249°C ±2°C, it ensures excellent processability, flavor protection, and dimensional stability during blow molding and hot-fill operations. Ideal for tea, juice, sports drinks, sterilized foods, and pharmaceutical packaging, WK-811 delivers consistent performance, reduced scrap rates, and food-grade safety.

Processing Conditions
- Dry at 160–180°C for 4–6 hours before processing
