Processing Conditions
- Drying: 150–160°C for 4–6 hours (dew point ≤ -40°C)
- Extrusion temperature: 270–285°C
- Preform injection molding: 275–285°C
- Blow molding: Preform heated to 100–120°C
- Avoid prolonged residence time above 290°C to prevent degradation
