POM FORMOCON FM090 NATURAL is a premium-grade polyoxymethylene (POM) engineering thermoplastic engineered for high-stress, high-precision applications. With its balanced combination of stiffness, toughness, and chemical resistance, this natural-colored resin is ideal for gears, bearings, fasteners, automotive components, and electronic housings. Its low water absorption (<0.2%) ensures long-term dimensional stability in humid environments, while UL94 HB flammability rating and high electrical resistivity make it suitable for electrical insulation and safety-critical parts. Standard-flow characteristics reduce mold wear and optimize cycle times during injection molding, offering manufacturers a cost-efficient solution without compromising performance.
