Resin TPV5 is a premium-grade thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) developed by Chevron Phillips Chemical under the Titanvene brand. Engineered for superior elasticity, thermal stability, and chemical resistance, TPV5 combines the performance of rubber with the processability of thermoplastics. Ideal for extrusion and blow molding applications, this resin delivers excellent tear strength, low compression set, and outstanding weatherability — making it a top choice for flexible films, seals, and gaskets in demanding industrial environments.
