PROCYLENE® LLD009 is a high-performance, post-industrial recycled linear low-density polyethylene (r-LLDPE) engineered for sustainable manufacturing solutions. Produced by PT Ecobukit Recycle Indonesia, this eco-conscious material combines environmental responsibility with reliable performance. With a melt flow index (MFI) of less than 3 g/10 min at 190°C and 2.16 kg load, LLD009 offers excellent processability and consistency during extrusion and blow film applications. Its natural coloration appears yellowish or greyish, reflecting its recycled origin while maintaining the structural integrity required for industrial use.

This granule/pellet-grade polymer features a density of 940 ± 0.5% kg/m³, ensuring optimal balance between strength and flexibility—ideal for thin-film applications. The bulk density ranges from 500 to 550 kg/m³, facilitating smooth handling and feeding in processing equipment. With moisture content below 0.1%, it minimizes risks of defects during melting and molding. Each gram contains approximately 50–60 granules, providing uniformity and precise dosing in production lines.
