Wax 1003 (Polyethylene Wax, Grade FW1003) is a premium-grade, high-performance polyethylene wax engineered for demanding industrial applications. Developed by Jiangsu Faer Wax Industry Co., Limited, it delivers exceptional thermal stability, consistent flow properties, and reliable performance across sectors such as plastics, coatings, adhesives, and road marking. With a softening point of 110–115°C and low viscosity at processing temperatures, Wax 1003 enhances processability while maintaining structural integrity. Its low thermal weight loss (<1.5% at 200°C for 2 hours) and firm yet workable consistency (penetration <5 dmm at 25°C) make it ideal for formulations requiring precision, durability, and smooth application. Available in pastille or powder form, it integrates seamlessly into existing production lines and complies with ASTM testing standards for batch-to-batch consistency.
