Lihat Profil SellerEco-Friendly, High-Performance Biodegradable Resin for Sustainable Packaging & Industrial Applications
ECOPLAS NEOS BLOWN is a next-generation biodegradable resin derived from renewable tapioca starch, engineered to replace conventional plastics without compromising performance. Designed for compatibility with standard polyolefin processing equipment, it offers excellent tensile strength, elongation, and controlled biodegradation — breaking down in approximately 10 weeks under soil conditions. Ideal for ecobags, landfill covers, food-safe packaging, and industrial films, this resin enables manufacturers to reduce environmental impact while maintaining product integrity and production efficiency.
Specifications
- Tensile Strength (MD/TD): 21/11 MPa (ASTM D888 (film thickness 30 µ))
- Elongation (MD/TD): 458/464 % (ASTM D882 (film thickness 30 µ))
- Biodegradation Time: ~10 weeks (Soil burial test, microorganism-dependent)
- Melt Temperature Range: 145–155°C (Standard extrusion parameters)
