Exceed™ Flow m 1020.RE is a premium metallocene polyethylene resin engineered by ExxonMobil Signature Polymers for demanding film applications. This ethylene-1-hexene copolymer delivers an exceptional balance of processability and mechanical strength, making it ideal for blown and cast films used in food packaging, agricultural films, heavy-duty bags, shrink films, and stand-up pouches. Enhanced with antiblock (2000 ppm) and slip agents (500 ppm), it ensures smooth processing and reduced film sticking. Thermal stabilizers improve heat resistance during extrusion, while the absence of fluoropolymers, fluorine compounds, and TNPP supports compliance with environmental and food-contact regulations.
