InkomaS® IL 604 C is a high-performance, lead-based heat stabilizer formulated specifically for economical PVC cable compound production. It delivers excellent long-term thermal stability and durability while incorporating both internal and external lubricants to ensure smooth extrusion and injection molding processes. Supplied in fine powder form, it integrates easily into standard PVC formulations and enhances mechanical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break. Optimized for cable applications, this stabilizer offers superior resistance to heat, UV light, and environmental aging—ensuring cables remain flexible, safe, and visually stable over time. With a low recommended dosage (4.0–7.0 phr), InkomaS® IL 604 C reduces material costs without compromising performance.
