InkomaS® IL 711 NG is a premium one-pack, lead-based heat stabilizer engineered specifically for rigid PVC pipe, profile, and fitting extrusion. Formulated with balanced internal and external lubricants, it ensures exceptional thermal stability during high-speed processing while maintaining the mechanical integrity and surface finish of the final product. Supplied as creamy white flakes with consistent bulk density and low moisture content, this stabilizer offers easy handling, uniform dispersion, and reliable performance across industrial-scale operations.

Specifications

  • Physical Form: Flake (creamy white granules)
  • Lead Content: 30.5 ± 1.0% (ASTM D2622 or equivalent)
  • Bulk Density: 0.75 ± 0.05 g/mL (ASTM D1895)
  • Moisture Content (max): 0.5% (Karl Fischer or oven drying)
