InkomaS® IL 804 NG is a lead-based, one-pack heat stabilizer engineered for medium to high-speed extrusion of rigid PVC pipes and fittings. Formulated with a precise balance of internal and external lubricants, it ensures excellent thermal stability, color retention, and processability. The granular form (creamy white appearance) enables easy dosing and integration into existing production lines. With a lead content of 20.0 ± 1.0% and a recommended dosage of 2.5–3.5 phr, this stabilizer delivers consistent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and long-term durability in demanding industrial applications such as construction, plumbing, and chemical processing.
