Lihat Profil SellerPremium lead stearate stabilizer with dual-action heat stabilization and external lubrication for rigid PVC applications
InkomaS® IL 3101 S is a high-purity, single-component lead stearate (Pb(C₁₇H₃₅COO)₂) stabilizer engineered for demanding PVC processing environments. This white, fine powder delivers outstanding thermal stability during extrusion and molding, protecting PVC from degradation under prolonged heat exposure. With a tightly controlled lead content of 27.5% ± 0.5%, low moisture (≤0.5%), and minimal free fatty acids (≤1.0%), it ensures consistent performance and cleaner processing. Beyond stabilization, it acts as an effective external lubricant, reducing melt friction and enhancing surface finish. It exhibits strong synergy when used with barium or calcium stearates, making it ideal for rigid PVC formulations such as pipes, window profiles, cable sheathing, and industrial films.
