INTAKALK 803 is a premium-grade calcium carbonate masterbatch engineered for thermoplastic processing. With 80% ultra-fine CaCO₃ (D50: 2 microns) dispersed in a polyethylene carrier, it delivers exceptional cost-performance balance by enhancing stiffness, opacity, and dimensional stability — without sacrificing processability. Ideal for extrusion, blow molding, and blown film applications, this low-moisture (<0.1%) masterbatch ensures bubble-free processing and consistent end-product quality.
