INTAPRO XLP 5 is a premium polymer additive masterbatch engineered to significantly enhance the properties of polypropylene (PP) resins. Manufactured by PT INTERA LESTARI POLIMER, this masterbatch improves tensile strength, impact resistance, heat deflection temperature, and overall processability of PP. With excellent compatibility and uniform dispersion, it ensures consistent performance across applications. The low moisture content (<0.1%) and high decomposition temperature (>300°C) make it ideal for demanding industrial processes. Its melt flow index (5–20 g/10 min at 230°C) supports smooth extrusion and injection molding, reducing cycle times and improving production efficiency.
