INTAVI PE 9462 is a premium-grade UV stabilizer masterbatch engineered for polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) applications. Formulated with a balanced blend of advanced UV absorbers and light stabilizers, this masterbatch delivers exceptional resistance to solar radiation, preventing polymer degradation, discoloration, and loss of mechanical strength. Its excellent dispersion characteristics and low moisture content (<0.1%) ensure smooth processing in injection molding, blow film extrusion, and cast sheet production. Approved for food contact applications, INTAVI PE 9462 meets strict regulatory requirements, making it ideal for packaging and consumer goods. Proven performance in unit tests shows significant improvement in tensile strength under UV exposure, especially in PP stretched tapes at 4.00% dosage.
