KASALEN ANTI STATICum FC0059 is a high-efficiency organic antistatic masterbatch specially formulated for use in polyolefin applications such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE films, and injection-molded parts. It delivers excellent long-term antistatic performance by reducing surface resistivity to 10¹⁰–10¹² Ω at typical dosages, while also improving slip characteristics and minimizing dust attraction. The additive remains effective both during processing and in the final product, with thermal stability up to 240°C. Its neutral color and granular form ensure minimal impact on the aesthetics of the end product. FC0059 is also suitable as a purging compound at higher loadings (5–10%), making it a versatile solution for processors seeking multifunctional performance.
