KASALEN Impact Modifier FC0050N is a specialized additive designed to enhance the toughness, elasticity, and durability of polyolefin-based materials. Formulated as white semi-transparent granules, it offers excellent compatibility with a wide range of processing techniques including blown/cast film extrusion, extrusion coating, lamination, calendering, injection molding, and nonwoven production. With an effective processing temperature up to 260°C and balanced properties of flexibility, transparency, and impact resistance, FC0050N is ideal for demanding applications requiring long-term performance and chemical resistance. Recommended dosage ranges from 1% to 5%, depending on the end-use requirements.
