KASALEN LASER MARKING FC0245 is a specialized grey granular additive designed to enable high-contrast, durable laser marking on plastics that are traditionally difficult to mark—such as polyolefins (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, PP-copolymer) and engineering resins including PA, PET, PS/SAN, and PC/ABS. With an effective processing temperature up to 280°C and a recommended dosage of 1–2%, this masterbatch delivers excellent laser responsiveness while maintaining color stability in the final product. Each 1% dosage contains 500 ppm of active laser marking agent, ensuring consistent performance across industrial applications.
