Impraboard is a premium corrugated plastic sheet (also known as twinwall plastic sheet) manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene using advanced European extrusion technology. Designed for durability, lightweight performance, and excellent printability, Impraboard offers superior resistance to moisture, chemicals, and impact. Ideal for a wide range of applications including signage, displays, promotional materials, packaging, construction, and agricultural uses, it combines strength with ease of fabrication — easily cut, drilled, thermoformed, and printed with high-resolution graphics.

Processing Conditions
- Thermoforming: 140–160°C
- Die Cutting: Standard steel rule dies recommended
- Printing: Offset, Screen, or Digital printing compatible
- Heat Bending: 130–150°C with gradual cooling
- Drilling: Use standard HSS drill bits at low speed
