BM SUPER AA / HW04 - AA is a premium-grade light blue recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) flake derived exclusively from post-consumer packaging. Designed for high-performance extrusion processes, this material meets stringent purity and consistency standards, making it ideal for manufacturing sheets, strapping, fibers, and non-food packaging. The flake undergoes advanced hot-wash cleaning and multi-stage sorting to minimize contaminants such as PVC, metals, adhesives, and foreign polymers. With controlled intrinsic viscosity (I.V.) and low moisture content, it ensures stable processing and consistent end-product quality.

Processing Conditions
