Processing Conditions
- Drying recommended at 150–170°C for 4–6 hours prior to processing
- Extrusion temperature range: 260–285°C
- Molding temperature: 270–280°C
- Ensure low moisture content (<50 ppm) to prevent hydrolysis
- Use standard PET-grade screws and barrels
