Masterbatch Black 6658 is a high-concentration black pigment masterbatch engineered for consistent, deep-black coloration in polypropylene (PP), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Formulated with 65% Black Carbonate HS 1909 (99% color content), 33% black PE carrier, and 2% resin, it delivers excellent dispersion, minimal contamination (low ash content of 3.57%), and robust thermal performance. Ideal for demanding manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding, this masterbatch ensures uniform color without streaking or mottling while preserving the mechanical integrity of the base polymer.
