Lihat Profil SellerVibrant, heat-stable red masterbatch for HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and PP with excellent dispersion and light fastness
Colmaster Red 686 is a high-concentration red masterbatch engineered for superior color performance in polyolefin resins including HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and PP. Formulated with advanced pigment dispersion technology, it ensures uniform, streak-free coloring across a wide range of processing methods such as injection molding, blow molding, blown film extrusion, and general extrusion. With an optimal addition rate of just 1–3% by weight, it delivers intense red hues without compromising mechanical properties or process efficiency. The masterbatch offers thermal stability up to 220°C and a light fastness rating of 3 (on a scale of 1–8), making it suitable for both indoor and moderate outdoor applications. Low moisture content (<0.1%) and consistent melt flow characteristics guarantee reliable processing and minimal downtime.
