Wankai PET Bottle Grade WK-821 is a high-performance, TPA-based polyethylene terephthalate (PET) copolymer engineered specifically for demanding bottle applications. With ultra-low acetaldehyde (AA) content (≤1.0 ppm) and tightly controlled intrinsic viscosity (I.V. 0.830 ± 0.020 dL/g), WK-821 ensures minimal taste/odor transfer and consistent processing performance. Its optimized thermal and optical properties—such as a melting point of 243°C ± 2°C and excellent color neutrality (L ≥ 83.0, b ≤ -0.5)—enable premium-quality end products with reduced defects and extended shelf life.

Processing Conditions
- Dry at 170°C for 4–6 hours prior to processing
- Dew point of drying air must be below -40°C
- Recommended extrusion temperature: 270–285°C
